Original Lease Deed of property not given

I had paid final Housing Loan amount to Deusch Post bak Finance (formarly BHW Home Finance), But they have refused to provide my original Lease deed of property. They said that lease deed not availabe with us. I have taken that loan in June and it has been closed on august.
