I had applied for the home loan from DHFL initially their agent confirmed that required loan amt. will be cleared, after 7 days i received confirmation on my cell that my loan of said amt. is sanctioned, but this people were unable to release this amt. on time so i had 2 pay 3.5k extra 2 builder.how stupidity it took them 2 months to disburse loan. When asked reason they told sir due 2 month end we were not able 2 work fast, what a stupid reason. Does it means all other companies stop disbursing loan on month end. My advise to all is that please do take care when u approach this type of co. otherwise be ready for consiquences as i faced. Please BeWare...
