Misguidance

Hi Myself Priya Shetty I had applied for a loan for a flat in dombivli from DHFL Vasai on 7th April and disclosed all issues with the flat and my salary to the exe called Dheeraj Phatak For. Eg. the flat comes under Grampanchayat and also submitted my flat registration papers to him on the first day itself. Looking to all my doccuments and my issues he assured me that the loan will be sanctioned within couple of weeks. Till July month it was under process, they took almost 4mths and that is also when we pressurized them and continous visit from me and my fly to the branch orelse they would have taken a year i think sooo. Atlast they sanctioned my loan and then they started asking for documents which were never mentioned before... it took 2 weeks but i have not got d cheque from dhfl..wheni contacted branch off i came to know that my loan has got rejected due to technical reason still the executive was not ready to tell me the exact reason... when we went to branch off we were told it was due to grampanchayat the loan got rejected..This was confirmed earlier with exe but he told that dhfl gives loan to grampanchayat plan... this way the dhfl have wasted my four months and did not refund full processing fees which they have deducted in May mth itself before sanctioning my loan... i think this people are misguiding people or giving wrong information only for the processing fees... They have deducted my rs.1515 from my processing fee and balance rs.4000 was refunded me in the August mth. I have also wasted my time & money for communicating with these people for 4 mths as they use to never contact us and exe use to not attend our calls at the first time. If its our document problem then we can understand but its ur exe who himself is not aware abt the product then Y shld the customer pay for this and bare the loss. I would kindly request the hierachy to take action against the executive who misguided me and also the branch who use to not give proper response... If this is the case we would also suggest others not to apply loan from dhfl.
