Processing Fee

Dear Sir,

I paid processing fee 6015 for loan amount of Rs. 408312. After loan sancation, the amount on sanction letter is Rs 5000 & amount Rs 1015 settlement on cheque disbasement. But when cheque disbasement, your officer said that it is minimum processing fees. If it is true, then why you menation in sanction letter? I want reson. And one most thing is that your branch officer behavour not proper, so plz see that matter.
