Dear sir/Madam
it is an humble request to consider my complaint regarding "dlf pramerica assure money "plan. Some agent called me in jan two times from dlf chandigarh office regarding this policy. He told me to pay 30, 000/- Annually for five years and assured that we will get 2, 55, 000/- After 5 years. I got another call from dlf office on 30/01, they gave me same details adding that I'LL get medical insurance and 1 gm of gold coin with the policy as well. Because of company's reputed name and attractive policy plan I agreed for the policy. Dlf agent named sher bahadur (09646724134, 08528459089) called me regarding the policy and gave me same details again assuring that I will get gold coin with in 15days of policy starting date. He also confirmed the policy details by calling some higher authorities of the company. Problem is, mostly all my personal details in the documents provided is incorrect. In the company policy details they told me that if I want to withdraw the policy, I can do it in 15 days but I got my documents after more than 1 and half month, that is why I was not even in position to cancel the policy. Policy had been done on 16/02 and I gave them rs30, 000 cheque on 30/02. During this time period I called sher bahadur related to gold coin delivery, he said that he sent the email to dlf. This was the last positive response I got from them. And now I dont have any gold coin or medical insurance which was promised as per insurance plan. But that does not matter much, main thing is, I am not sure now that they will even give me promised amount of money after 5 years. I contact them many a times through phone and email, but all in vain.
From past one week I am getting calls from irdi, rahul saxena, bombay. They telling me to pay the next premium and assuring me that I will get rs2, 55, 000 after 5 years of policy time period. The number from which I am getting calls is - 08126108780. To double check about what they assuring, I called bombay head office of dlf, they telling me that all the people who assuring such things is not there fault, it might be the other their strategy to bind the customers and to complete the targets.
I am confuse now whether to trust the employees who are calling me again and again or dlf head office people. I am ready to pay all the premiums if and only if they give me some written surety about the policy promises, because I dont trust them any more. Otherwise I want my money back, the 1st instalment of 30, 000 which I paid.
I am writing you in the hope that you will do justice and solve this problem as soon as possible. Please help me out.
