My Name is Shruti Sahni. I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank who was investing funds in insurance policies and mutual funds as advised by my Relationship Manager - Priyanka Girotra working in the Kotak Mahindra Bank, Branch - New Friends Colony, New Delhi, India. I had recently asked her to take my funds invested in 3 insurance policies for which i had paid premium for 3 years and 1 year had lapsed since the last premium paid. I had asked if any surrender charges will be deducted and she told me that no that would not be the case. However, those charges were levied and i have not even received the full amount of my investment. Now she is not responding to my mails and calls. I want to highlight that i am deeply dissappointed and hurt and want to file a complaint against her. I want action to be taken immediately.
