Fraud!!! Fraud!!! Fraud!!!

Hi People

I was having a existing home loan of Rs 33 Lacs INR, So was looking to transfer a home loan to some another Bank, i found through my friend (Downtown Investment Consultancy Pvt. Ltd) these is there website

who provide loan in just (4% Flat, per annum) of interest with govt Guarantee

And (5% Flat, per annum) of interest with Private Guarantee

with 2% processing fee on the loan amount

loan will be done within 15 to 20 days

I applied for 40lacs INR loan

So i paid 1% processing fee ie. 40, 000/- INR in favor of (Downtown Investment Consultancy Pvt. Ltd)

and the next 1% processing fee i paid in favor of Mr. Vikram Singh Axis Bank, Punjab. who came at my place for verification.

Because the DMA agent said me to do so. He said its the same either you deposit in Downtown or in Vikram Singh Account. if you deposit in Downtown the process will be slow and you deposit in Vikram Singh Account the process will be done the next day he will directly will deposit in downtown.

Once the Amount was Deposited in Vikram Singh Account his mobile no. is not working. DMA is saying he is in Kashmir and will take time.

Now he has given me the company employee mobile no.

now onward i will have a chat with Mr Ajay.

Ajay is saying that we have just received your 1% processing fee ie. 40, 000/- INR

you have to pay the rest 40, 000/- INR then only your file will be in process

I told them that i have already paid 2%. He say that go for Govt Guarantor

So i Told whats the requirement he send me the report of 4 Govt Guarantor who's age should not be more that 45. For the Private Guarantor around 6 Guarantor and there ITR (Income Tax Return) should be above 4 lacs INR

I cant fulfill there Guarantor requirement and

I have lost my 80, 000/- INR

Guys please dont get into all this kind of rubbish

If i would have found anything on (consumer complaints)

so it would never been happen

Because (Shell Petroleum Development Company of England) was also playing a with me saying i have won Rs 4, 00, 00, 000/- INR and i found it from (consumer complaints)
