DUCT SPLIT AC NOT WORKING SINCE ONE MONTH

since from the date of installation duct split AC unit is not working. Aircon shivajinagar Bangalore office engineers Mr Ghanisham attended the problem. not able to solve. After that LG engineers Mr dayananad attended. not able to solve. we request you to replace with other model, we have installed 4 crore machines in that area. German engineers are instructing not use the machines, till AC is rectified. Already more than one month over machines are not running . please take necessary steps to solve the problem. Model is 3TR LG DUT SPLIT
