Lousy customer service

I am just here to let everyone know that no one should ever open an account with edelweiss. Only the claims are big (like ''YOU CAN'' n all).

very impressive marketing but absolutely pathetic service. no credit will be done even after you make profit and starts the very long process of calling the customer care department (and mind you, it will require a lot of your time to explain to them your problem, most of them don't know anything) and it includes 1/2 hr. to 1 hr. waiting on their cc no. cos the no. given to me of my dealer dosen't exists.

am tired of calling and waiting and explaining again and again.going to close my account

guys, don't do a mistake by opening an account with them
