Draft letter issued by Bank

Dear Sir,

I have taken a education loan from SBI branch- MPKV, Rahuri (3239) in the month of December. In this regard a bank issued a letter containing subject, "Education Loan: Govt. Interest Subsidy Scheme for Economically Weaker Section" and also the draft format of Parent's Annual Income to be signed by Thasildar (Taluka Magistrate). On fulfilling all the conditions for getting anuual income certificate the Tahsildar denied to sign on draft format issued by bank. He stated the reason that he has not received any authority letter/GR from Govt.of Maharashtra or Govt. of India for signing on draft format. Moreover, he issued a letter to Bank Manager that he is unable to sign unless any document received by state Govt. or Central Govt.

Secondly, the Bank Manager of said branch is not helping in this matter and demanding the required documents on priority. In view of the above fact kindly look into the matter urgentlly and extend the cooperation.
