Dear sir,
On 21 Dec I have paid Rs9, 900/- to EFFORT BPO LTD for a promotional offer offered by ABN AMRO bank towars heritage holidays on my credit card numbered *****************. Surprisingly there is no communication till date either from BPO or bank. The same was complained through your customer care with complaint number 1003 2000 409 dated 20 March asking for the fate of my money.
The bank has replied in a very casual way saying that we do not have any role to lay as we deducted this money only with your acceptance. Can't we stop this kind of frauds and catch the BPO. Pl help me in getting my money back.
