Employee Provident Fund
Not get back my money

Dear Sir,

I had worked as an Asst. Electrical Engineer (Emp I.D-B-062) in Utter Pradesh in Gaziabad district in MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED from 19/12 to 08/09.When I resigned my duty I had applied P.F money withdrawal form (P.Fa/c no-UP/11596/0 AT Meerat zonal office) in a/c of Indus-ind Bank. No- 0049-E77130-001 but till now I am not get my money.

So Sir please inquire this matter, if I get money back, I am very glad for that.
