Issue is: The company sent us four types of Debenture CertificatePART-A, B, C, D.We were to send the certificates back to the company for redemption. We started with Part-A.But we noticed zero correspondence from the company. Also The Company issued two repayment installments by 2 cheques and Both when represented in the bank for Clearence, Both were Bounced. Then Many times i started strong follow-ups with their land-line for asking, Why the Company is not repaying our Money Back?

Why SEBI Team has no regulatory actions on such kind of fraud Companies who just ask money from investors on the name of investment and then run away!!!
When i will get my money back??? Can anyone from this ENBEE INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED/SEBI TEAM listen?? AND PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION PLEASE!!!
