Poor PF Withdrawal process and poor response

Hi,

My x company have applied the PF withdrawal claim in month of march, and they have sent me scanned acknowledgement of the same, however, on EPFO site, i am unable to find any record of my PF claim.

Also, i received no response when i mailed to [email protected]

Moreover, one of my colleague's PF Withdrawal form, applied together with me, is visible on EPFO site.

Could anybody tell me how i could get my current status of PF withdrawal?
