Dear sir,

This Rajesh kumar. i was claim to my pf UKHLD00336100000001032 and Claim ID- UKHLD110200001869 withdrol in feb by "India glycols limited Kashipur" but i recived your sms my requist is rejected due to sum problem and rejection latter sand but i was not recived that latter.

Pl. take nassery action as soon as possible
