SUB: VERY SERIOUS ISSUE ABOUT SRVS & YOUR DEPT EMPLOYEE

I would like to introduce myself as P. Eswar Reedy from Eswar Constructions kadapa.
Who was doing contract works from SRVS constructions, as a Sub- Contract in the following places in the year 2009.
Perichalra - Guntur - - 27 kms
Amaravathi - Vijayawady - 5 kms
Gadval - Wanaparthy - 34 kms
Connectivity works - 8kms
Sand filling Rs 60 x 107
Total around 74 kms was given to us by SRVS contractors. At that time they amount given to us was Rs. 107 per mt.
I would like to bring to your kind notice, that, they have given the work to us and we completed all our works in time. The total amount comes upto 79, 18, 000/. Out of which they gave us 70% of the value which comes around 55, 42, 000. The rest and balance amount of 23, 75, 400 37, 00, 000/0 (for sand filling) was suppose to give us.
But when we approached the SRVS people they are denying to give the same to us till date. But unfortunately, as a sub-contractor, I don’t want to bring to your notice but when the main contractor is cheating a sub-contractor by taking the work and your company has already cleared the payment and when we are supposed to get our portion, they are denying to give the payment.
When we approached the SRVS for our payment, they have disconnected the cable in Guntur, and unnecessarily they have lodged a POLICE A POLICE COMPLAINT ON US. And also in kadapa they have given another police to avoid giving our payment.
The reason of my mail is that, still you people are encouraging such contractor for your future works also.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that Mr. Venkat Ramana from your department who was responsible for allocating the works is also plays a major portion in this. Even though he know the story behind this. Our contractor and venkat ramana is playing this gambling game.
Therefore, when an efficient and sincere contractors like us has been cheated by the main contractor and a important person from your department, it is ashamed from our part that people like you should enquire on the same and bring to the notice of SRVS and request you to take immediate action against the same, and do pls request them for clearing our payment due to us.
The over all payment we are supposed to get from SRVS is Rs. 60, 75, 400/- for the past two years.
After seeing this mail, also all you people are not taking any immediate action on this means, as a contractor we feel that all you people are also like Venkat Ramana.
Hope we can expect an immediate reply and immediate action against SRVS and your department people who are responsible for the same.
