Payment made by bank but ticket not booked!!!

I had booked a ticket from palakkad to nagapattanam for the 28th of aug. Train number 16866, transaction id- 0376279224. Although the payment was made by the bank (Rs.2784) which was known by sms, the INDIAN RAILWAYS WEBSITE, www.irctc.co.in shows that the payment was not received!!! Please return the amount. I am sorry to say that this website has been functioning very bad!!! Please do the needful to make it faster and easily accessible!!! When your tryin to bring technology to our fingerprints we wouldn't want to waste a whole day infornt of our computers trying to book a train ticket!!! Rather we go to the station and stand in the queue for half and hour and get it done in the proper manner!!! I hope you will look into this issue and not ignore it!!!
