BALANCE NOT RECIEVED AND DEDUCT FROM ACCOUNT

On 20.01.2011 i withdraw 1000 rs. from my sbi atm but it i can not recieve cash due to some server problem and when i check my balance next day 1000 rs. is deducted from my account.
