My waybill no. is 8612951292. It contains card from sbi which was despatched on 22nd july but has still not been delivered to me. I have not got any call from courier co. and when i regularly call the customer care no. each time they say that it will be delivered today. And later, on the non delivery when i track my waybill no. it tells that the shipment couldnot be delivered as the premises was closed, whereas i was all the time at my place only. Kindly look into the matter as the documents is important to me.
