We are Rajkot Based financial intitution of ICICI Bank.

we are reglaurly received couriers & parcels from ICICI RED BOX Rewards.now this time our courier AWB No. 7628410716 with Express It. But the courier service provider's staff talk very rudlly & refuse to deliver the courier to our office.

when we contact to courier office, the office staff also give a very shamefull answer & given some ugly words.

so if our courier not deliver in next two days, we are going to file a pitition in consumer court.
