The Expressit (www.expressitnet.com) courier company delivered my credit card to wrong person. it were not a single time but repeat this activity second time also. company deliveryman are unprofessional, delivered to wrong address. the details are following.
1st time awb no #6627481335 delivered 3 dec 11 and 2nd time awb no #6627500460 delivered 29 dec 11. company send me SMS that i have received, but it was actually delivered to other person, which i don't know. Company customer care no is 022-39539500 that was taking much time to connect. only one time that connect & she said awb no #6627481335 delivered to me, that was totally wrong. she given me one contact no of kanpur office 0512-3260219 for further contact, but that no. was also un-responded. i send 5-6 e-mail to company but he never replied. recently awb no #6627500460 delivered again wrong person & same that activity repeated.Co customer care no does not connect.
Please help me.
