Asif, HSLPAD has been kind enough to sent u Courier twice. And tell me
why should we try to track ur courier??? As I understand u have once
given HDFC Bank Address and second time some alternate address. Why don't
u check ur end?? U also know courier can get returned for various reason
We are sending everyday "N" courier to " N"employees for various reason .we
does not get complain like this . there is possibility that the courier
would have get courier and may not be handed over to u??? We cannot keep
on investigating each and every case of non -receipt.
As an employer we are trying to help u withdraw your PF and on the contrary
u trying to blame us for the not sending the forms. Please understand we
are tying to facilitate smooth withdrawal. if u think there is some problem
at our end .pl collect the withdrawal form (Form 19 & Form 10C) from ur
current employer and sent them duly filled form over here. We will deposit
the same to Pf office from our end and u will get the amount from the PF
office directly to ur account as per the rules.
In case u require, u can call us and understand to fll the form from us.

Dear Asif,
As discussed with you yesterday on telecon, we had despatched you a PF
withdrawal form twice, once on 3rd Feb.11 on HDFC bank address given by you
and on 16th Feb.11 to your alternate correspondance address given by you.
POD no. of the courier sent on 16 Feb. 11 is 2993903673 sent by Express IT
courier Service. Still if you have not received the same provide us with
other communication address we will despatche the same again to you.
