Sir,

I was expecting a cover from Canara Bank.

Meanwhile I have received an SMS from LM-Exressit on23.09.2011saying that " we are unable to delivery of shipment sent under 7669344760" As instructed I have called

to the number 02239539500 but after asking me to wait the line went off. It repeated several times.

Therefore I called on your local office on 24.09.2011. On inquiry about the cover they told me that they have sent back the cover and asked to contact the Bank.

The reason given to me was absurd. They said on receipt of the cover they called to the given landline number and since nobody was taking the phone they returned the cover. It is clear that they have not approached the given address which was just 4km from their place of work. They advised me to approach the Bank if I have any complaint.

Is this the way courier agency is expected to treat a customer.

I shall be obliged if you will kindly inquire and arrange to deliver the cover
