For long long 13 years Sanghi use my money without any returns

Ref-IGG/66548 DT18-JUL-08 AND COMPLAINT ID CR143309 dt9th july

based on the above SEBI lettrs I was able to obtain my shares (In duplicate) from Sanghi industries.after long 13 years. Thanks to SEBI for Advising sanghi Industries to comply with SEBI rules.and satisfy the NRI investors.

Further I Have a send a email letter (reply to sanghi's letter ref no s/IGG/68703 dt. july 28 which is attached here with), as below on 21-Aug-10 regarding Non payment of interest for My FCD for using my NRI money of Rs.9000 (ninty thousand only) for more than 13 years.from Dec.1994 till 2008 Sept. I have not received any reply till today from them, kindly advice Sanghi Industries to answer my queries and satisfy NRI Investor.

MY reply to Sanghis letter dated july 28.

Mr. Kairav Trivedi -Co, s Secretary, and Sanjay Hatkar Dy. G.M, Finance, I read your letter Ref. S/IGG/68703, dt.28/july/10, contents of letter are not correct and true.

I don't agree with the contents of the letter saying I.misinform SEBI.

Its Sanghi who deprived the NRI investors like me by using NRI money for the cement factory g and keeping mum till SEBI woke Sanghi by above mentioned letters. Thanks to SEBI and I am grateful for their services to NRI investors.

1) Sanghi Industries never responded to my single letter from 1994 till june

(several letters I wrote including registered which are duly acknowledged by Sanghi office), including copy to SEBI, I have showed all of them when I first met you at your Goregaon Office in Sept)

2) Sanghi first contacted me 26thAug by email stating not able to trace my complaints.(It indicates sanghi is unorganized and know only to collect public money and use it) in response to my on line complaint To SEBI.(Complaint id CR143309 dated 9th July).

3) Sanghi Industries claims that FCD were converted immediately after public issue, hence no Interest applicable, if that is the case why company did not answer my letters I was pleading for refund of money because of no FCD's /shares were not received by me. For long 13 years, why then not respond my grievances about not receipt of share certificate.

4) If shares were issued in 1995 Why not send to the share holder single Annual reports, nor any dividends, bonus, postal ballot forms, and other letters including appointment of big high officilas etc.till SEBI wrote to you after my Online complaint regarding this issue.

5) RBI approval number and date for dispatch of NRI shares is still not provided to me.(It means Sanghi is not complying Foreign exchange Regulations act.)

6) Sanghi Industries said in their letter that they contacted overseas on phone and explained to me, which is not truth, infact it was me contacted them after Sanghi called to my residence phone in mumbai in the month of June.where by on telephone sanghi told me FCD converted in 1995 and no interest is eligible.which i don't agree because you have not informed to the investor.

Therefore Sanghi Industries is still need to clarify why I am not eligible for compensation for my hard money used for the building up of cement co and is doing good progress. I hope Director of Sanghi mr Ravi Saghi will understand investors patience and grief and act on my grievance.

Here I request the concerned authorities like SEBI, CO's Registar kindly to advise Sanghi Industries to respond and satisfy the investors grievances.
