Non payment of FDR

Non paymernt of Lloyd Finance Ltd. FDR 1598000732 & 733 dated 03-07 for Rs.13000/' & 1- respectively matured on 3-07-1999. Original FDRs surrendered on June 03. for repayment. Eventhough considerable time has elapsed, payments against above are still awaited. Kindly look into and arrange to make payment at an early date. I shall be grateful for early settlement of my claim..
