ON 11/07, MY ATM CARD HAD STUCK IN HDFC BANK ATM MACHINE DUE TO POWER FAILURE .

I GONE TO APPLY NEW CARD IN FEDERAL BANK THAT TIME I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE BANK WILL CHARGED Rs.160/- FOR ISSUING NEW CARD, IS THIS FAIR AND JUSTICE? IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAN WHY & HOW I BARE SUCH LOSS.

BECAUSE OF SAID DIFFICULTY I HAVE TO SPENT SO MUCH TIME & MONEY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

PLZ. CONFIRM FIRST AS, AM I RIGHT OR NOT? AND DON'T CHARGE ANYTHING AS IT IS NOT MY FAULT.
