First flight courier
Courier not delivered and no response on inquiry

I had to receive a courier from Banglore but First Flight courier did not delivered to me. Instead of deliver he told me on phone that the address on courier was insufficient and he has sent the same to the origin.

My question is he call me after sent the courier to origin and why he did not call me before and ask the address.

On inquiry nobody give the response and even a phone put at hold.

It shows that the service of First Flight Courier is not only very very poor but they harass the customer in every way.

It is request that the concerned authority should cancell the license and relief the people of country from their harrassment.
