Non receipt of Renewed FDR

I have a FDR no. 037106000132268, matured on 25-03, from Pitam pura, Delhi Branch, but not received the auto renewed FDR, till date. The IDBI office shifted its location in Pitam Pura, no information of its new address, phone no., fax, mail, the dealing personnel communicated to me. On personal mobile phones of bank employee I get only evasive replies.
