Poor Customer Service

Dear Sir,

My ICICI Bank Online login got disabled and website said to contact customer service. After lot of difficulties with ICICI IVR system, i finally got to speak to a phone banking officer and he raised a service request 162547293 to resolve this problem. The representative also said that the account will be enabled after an hour. I tried after 8 hours and it was still disabled. and i have been trying to contact customer support again past 5 hours. but Again ICICI IVR has some problems, it lets me in, gets my details, provides automated information, but never connects to the phone banking officer. I am kinda stuck here with no options, my account is disabled and i do not know the status, and i do not know how to contact ICICI, Currently iam out of India and can not visit a ICICI branch sooner. All i want to know is the status of the SR #162547293 .
