Mental harresment from Lalbaug Branch to existing custome

I, Mr. Jayant Pandit is the existing customer (since 2009) of Fullerton India, Lalbaug Branch. I had applied for top-up in march'2012 start, but still 2 months passed i have not received any cheque from the bank. This is because of the Persons sitting in Lalbaug branch (Manaji and Bhushan). Only mental harresment is going on for 2 months. As we are into need of money for hospitalisation, continously we are back of this people, but neither they are picking up the phones nor replying from the landline also.

We are very shocked that inspite of sending mail to Mr. Ajay Pareek (Head), 3 days has passed but no reponse from the bank.

Are they really busy is meeting or meting?

If something goes wrong, i'll sue the bank for a loss which i coundn't cover.
