Excess EMI DEduct and delaying refund of Exess EMI deducted

My wife have foreclosed the personal loan with fullertone India, despite of closure fullertone have deducted EMI and now delaying in refund of EMI back. Also when we questioned them to retrurn EMI deducted they are dillidalying the matter.
