FOLLOWING E-MAIL SENT TO FUTURE MONEY IS SELF EXPLANATORY, ABOUT THERE MISMANAGEMENT
I had purchased a fridge from your 0% loan scheme from Nasik Big
bazar, that time i have given documents for ECS through Kotak
Bank. After some time your executive request us "your ECS not starts so
please give us this months installment in cash" so we paid cash
1949/-, again next month same demand then again we paid 1949/-.Then
again no body is contacted us for cash else no ECS cutting happen from
our account. Then after in Jun, we come to know that u had deposited
the cheque of Rs 15590 in my account without communicating to us which
is cleared same time.
Now i have 2 concerns
1. Please return my extra collection of Rs. 3898 or more
2. Issue me NOC of clearance of loan
3. Clear entry shown in CBIL
Also pl let us know why such kind of inconvenience to us inspite of
given overall co-operation to u people
