This Roshan Ashok Singh with the Loan Id: CL 455208. Its about the consumer loan of laptop from the FutureMoney purchased from Pune Central in feb. In march the amount (2502rs) for loan got deducted from my Account maintained at Kotak Mahindra Bank (Ac- 8811143053) through ECS. But in April it was not deducted from the bank and the balance was sufficient in my account. Then I got a call from Shruti from FutureMoney Mumbai location that due to some problem from FutureMoney so from the bank it did not got deducted so please pay it cash to the executive to which i agreed and paid him. At that time also I had mention to Shruti and Customercare people that its not my fault and there should not be any extra charges to me which they also agreed. And same thing occoured this month in May also, amount did not got deducted for loan and again I got a call today (10 may) from Shruti from FutureMoney Mumbai location that due to some problem from FutureMoney so
from the bank it did not got deducted so please pay it cash to the executive, and then she said there is " Bounce Chages" 400 400 which I have to pay. As I have sufficient balance in my account in April and in May also so "Bounce Charge should not be charged to me. Please Wave it OFF. And please do not let it happen again to me or any customer. If you want, take it through cash but I will not pay any extra charge which is not due to my mistake so please remove the bounce charge. I am really very very much disappointed by the service I got from FutureMoney since last 2 months. And Please check the attached statement of my bank. Please revert back fast with good solution.
