I agree the GALAXY (GALAXY Educations Ltd) is not a reliable company in terms of business they offer. Before i joined this company they told me that you will see money coming in your account in just 14-20 days and when i joined it, no one is there to repond to me. I was approached by one executive sonia and she told me that whenever you have any problem you just contact me on the number she has given (Office no). But whenever i called up to that no, some one else pic up the call and told me that they will give her message and the call never come from her.
I always tried to contact her but none of the time i could able to connect her. I have provided around 100 no's in just 1 month but none of them turned up in sale. those all are the potential contacts and most of them known to me. What this company does, they first put all numbers in HOT and assign to the second level, the second level called up the contacts casually and then if the contact is not reachable, not contected they simply put them in COLD. Once the number converted in COLD there work is over. They never tried to convyaince contacts effectively.
I tried to speak with them but no positive response i recvd from them. The calling to the prospects is not effective. Some one if told them to contact on xx date and xx time, they never called them on that date and time... in that way we lost the prospects and sell as well... we cant do anything now... i am planning to cancel my license and get the money back whatever i can... let see how much money i could get...
but my suggestion is not to get in into this business with this company...
