Renewal of digital signature - Requested - Regarding

Dear Sir,

Please solve the problem at the earliest.

We are one of your ITZCASH WORLD franchisee at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu from 26.10.2007. Since your representative for this area (Tirunelveli) has been changed we couldn't apply for renewing the digital signature. After Joining new representative we have applied for renewal on the third week of December. We couldn't receive the updated digital signature for 2 months.

Kindly look in to the matter and issue updated digital signature to continue as your franchisee.
