Cash deducted ammount not received

ATM Card of Union bank of India Complaints - No cash withdrawl, but A/c. debited by Rs.10, 000/-

I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No. 4213683700071424 of Union Bank of India Karve Road Branch Pune, in the COSMOS BaNK ATM machine situated at Viman Nagar BranchPune, on 20 Dec for withdrawl of Rs.10000/-

unfortunately, No cash delivred by ATM, but my A/c. No. 370002010906035 was debited by same amount.

Kindly credit my Above mentioned A/c. urgently
