Subject: regarding credit card machine non usage charge
i have an account in your bank in the name of gatigas (P) Ltd. with no. 160010200010539. i had 3 credit card machines deployed at our workshops in dwarka, naraina and gurgaon out of which 2 machines have already been returned to your representative because of non-functioning. you used to charge me at the rate of 1.4 %. but now for the last 1 year this rate has been incresed to 2.6 % without any prior intimation to me or my company. i have talked to your representative on your helpline no. so many times and i have the records of all the calls with me. i have been assured of some concrete action in this regard. but nothing has been done in reality so far. i got new machines installed from another bank and have not used your machine at all but still i have been charged with non transaction fee of more than Rs 2200/- for the months of sep-dec without any information. this is highly objectionable and unacceptable. i want you to refund this non transaction fee and also charge me on the machine with original rate as in the past if you want me to continue good transactions with your bank. otherwise i'm telling you that i'm really fedup and disappointed to the core that i'm left with no other alternative but to close my account and stop all transactions from your bank. i hope to get a positive reply sooner than later.
Many times I have been talked to Mr. Sandeep who is Axix Bank Credit card machine Representative he always says to me that he would do anything for me but do nothing till now.
Now you tell me what should I do?
I want to reverse this surcharges as soon as.

I have already send u mail about this matter but u are not taking this seriously.
Now I think best way for me is that i should send a mail to RBI and after that go to Consumer Court to take legel action.
