I had taken personal loan from GEMoney, Vadodara, Gujarat, Alkaputi office,

Amount: Rs. 55000.00
Start date :07-06 and End date:07-05 total 36 installments. I had paid all installments trough Bank of Baroda Che ques. But till date I have not received closure letter/ No objection certificate in spite of several reminders to their office. They have given my name in CIBIL Report without giving me any information or notice. So I request this forum pls. help me.in this regard.
Note: It is also suggested to concerned Authorities that such type of finance companies should be taken into consideration for strict action towards them. They charge heavy rate of interest which is illegal and inhuman. Is there any provision of RBI that there should be maximum limit of Interest on personal loans or any other kind of loan?
