We had taken loan against our house for repairing on floating rate basis about 7 yrs back when markets went down we took up matter with Co but Co refused stating that their bench mark was not lowered so they did not bring rate down we complained with RBI who directed Co to resolve our matter but still it was not taken care
Now we are foreclosing the loan Co is charging Rs300/- foclosure statement we have refused to pay and they hiked foreclosure charges form 2% to 4% plus taxes this also we have refused. As we are unable to pay foreclosure charges we have requested Co to cancell the foreclosure but they are still not agreeing.nd
Please come to my aid and see things are settled.
