Insufficient information leading to submit the claims

I have taken up the Medical Policy from Genins TPA. I wanted to submit the claims, but then it was declined by TPA company saying that you have to submit the claim docs within 30 days of discharge. This was not informed to me in numerous email chains and also is not notified over the company website. Please take necessary steps towards it.
