I misguided by false committment and incomplete knowledge about the Maternity limit (Room rent limit)

I had opted an insurance plan which covers my family up to 2lacs where out of this 2 lacs 50k is for Cesarean delivery and 40 k for normal delivery.

I had a words with Mugdha (Pune Genies executive cell no - 09225569127). She has done false commitment with me that there is flat limit of 50k for Cesarean delivery and 40 k for normal delivery..I asked her about the bed charges but she told me only about the total limit 50 k only for cess & 40 k for normal. But at the time of approval they approved only 23k out of 50k. I am not an Insurance expertize. I believed my insurer and they deceived me while approval at the cost of trusting them. This is completely unfair trade practice which leaves me in gloom.

I am looking you for help. so Please do the needful.
