The transactions were done without his consent

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to intimate you that I myself Mrs. Sushma Patil had opened a trading account with M/S Geojit BNP Paribas financial financial Serivces ltd

with trade code XSS025 Mrs. Sushma Patil, I had transferred transferred shares worth Rs 50000 (APPROX) as initial margin. And after some time I had given a cheque of Rs 8000=00 (APPROX).

At the time of opening of account, I had already cleared that I don’t understand call put trading and strictly said not to trade in FNO.

But few days back I have found that trading has been done in FNO without any intimation in form of mails, confirmation calls and physical contract notes. And due to this trading. I have suffered huge loss of Rs 41900/-.

Sir, this is clear case of cheating and forging and due to this I have suffered a huge loss of Rs 42000 in financial terms and have also suffered mental harassment.

Please help me in getting back my money.
