Respected sir,

I am Gideon from Chennai. Last year I applied cdc (continues discharge certificate). When I applied cdc. T.Ruskin derose rang to me. He told that “ I am raj (T.Ruskin derose). I saw u r cdc application form your are not attested not properly, form will not be validated. It should be accepted only by state Goverment officer only, Or give 15 thousand I made your cdc valid and i send your cdc”. I told “U return my cdc” after. I got attested with the (k.sundaravadhanam general Manager gov of india) in all my certificates I sent my attested copies to him. Again he is rang to me and told that “ Brother, attested not valid. I am shipping officer in Mumbai U give money (15 thousand) I send cdc with in two month. U deposit money to my icici account (my name t. Ruskin derose account number 613905016510, another number 613901511296) or u cannot get cdc. So I paid money of 15000to his account. Four months have passed still iam waiting for cdc form, but there is no response from him. If I ring up to him, he is not attending my call, and he will cut my call. sometimes i don't know.
