Not Releasing NOC

I require a letter from GMAC Financial Services India Limited stating that my loan Ref: H.P./Loan Agreement. No. 1049078 Dated 10/01 for purchase of Vehicle – getz [MP04CA0778] has been fully paid up. This was given to them by way of post dated cheques. The loan was paid up in December. I have been trying to contact them over the phone in Bhopal, Mumbai and Chennai but have been unsuccessful. I
