I wish to draw your attention on one of the very important issue (Fraud) in banking system in giving loan on property by Government banks in India
My Mother in law purchased a residential house in meerut from Mr Sanam which is mortgage with State Bank of India in meerut by Mr. Sanam. She had repaid Mr sanam loan of SBI on this house by her saving account. As the loan is repaid to SBI they provided us the original registery to Mr sanam & then we get the property registered by my mother in law in her name.
My mother in law & my father in law both are residing in this house but now one bank from meerut (Punjab & Sindh Bank) issue a notice that they are given loan on this property to Mr Jaipal
Now we draw your attention that when ever bank is giving loan to any property they check. The previous records of the property whether that is mortgage or not they are having their legal report on that property also
We had taken the barahsalah of the property in which there is no loan of Punjab & sindh bank which we had taken from registrar & we had taken the records of SBI legal report in which they had clearly mentioned that there is no loan on this property & they had possed the original registery of this house.
How a bank can give loan when property is already mortgage,
Person can believe Bank on all the financial transaction but what a person can do when if banks are also involved in frauds.
In this case my in laws are senior citizens & they are having only one daughter in this stage how a person can repay the loan which is not taken by them.
This is really a very critical issue which i want to highlight through media that if baks are involved in frauds than which govt. autorities we have to believe
