Grocery shop selling crackers illegally in residential area
Noise pollution by exploding crackers

Sir,

I am a resident staying near Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Unit-8 area of Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

I want to complain that there is a pindi grocery shop nearby my house that illegally sells crackers even a lot more days before diwali. According to government norms its illegal to sell crackers in a resident area but still then its selling them unauthorised and people are buying crackers from him especially small children and exploding them at anytime they wish.

Due to this, the peace of our locality is affected.

And addin to the point there are a lot of older age people in my locality who are suffering from heart ailments and bursting noisy crackers are badly affecting them.

But the sad thing is no one is lodging any complaint against that grocery shopkeeper.

Kindly please help in this regard.
