My name is Dr. Hemang Nutanbhai Desai. I have received 1st bill from GSPC GAS Company for Gas Consumption. Invoice no is BN/15/06/1011/WE/17140 dated 31st May.
My Customer ID is RJK150605023491.
In their 1st bill they have charged Rs. 500 as "Security Deposite".
According to my understanding, they are already charging Rs 5000 as deposit - 1000 Rs in advance and 40 monthly installment of Rs 100 in every bill.
They have not informed us about this "SECURITY DEPOSITE" at the time of taking new connection or in their doccuments earlier.
I request you to do favour and reverse this “SECURITY DEPOSITE” as it is hidden and unothorised charge by company.
