Policy not cancelled by fraud agent

Hi

i had taken policy from reliance insurance company (guaranteed money back plan) policy no.50148670, (prince grover). Amt 50000/-

And i have not found any of the terms and conditions matched with the policy as told by agent PUJA SHARMA in MAYAPURI OFFICE, DELHI.PH NO.09650410529.

So I requested for its cancellation. then she sent a field boy to submit the policy bond with other documents to me and promise me to cancel the policy. After I handover the bond to the field boy she has not taken any action to cancel the policy and not submit the bond to the reliance office and not attending my phone and all of his office staff including manager is include in the fraud by giving the false statement the policy has been cancelled. then I contacted the Reliance customer care. But the policy was not canceled nor the cancellation request has been made.

I m mentally harassed by this kind of PUJA type FRAUD agent. I have never met with this kind of dirty, shameless, good for nothing like agents who are also a shame to a reputed company like reliance life insurance.

I also have all the recordings of puja while giving plan.giving mislead statements and her staff voice in my mobile.

Please take proper action against those agents who also hampers INDIA'S progress and should be sent back to the jail.
