I have received a mail for WINNING prize from GUINESS COMPANY OF ENGLAND and DRAFT will be delivered through SKY TRUST BANK LIVERPOOL. They stated that Demmand Draft has been deposited to SKY TRUST BANK LIVERPOOL GREAT BRITAIN, there are the Bank that will handle the transaction of my Draft and required to open Non-Residential Account with the Bank before depositing the draft in my account. After I will
take care of the required cost of Non-Residential Account charge.
First time they have asked my personal information only for delivery/transfer of my prize winning amount and thereafter they sated that amount will be transfer in my account after deposit the INR 10000 (Ten thousand only) to State Bank of India, New Delhi (Account No : 31222391310, name Mr Sanjay Rao)
They was contact through phone with me from the following Nos two or three times:-

Please confirm my lottery win and prize money transfer is correct and account fee/delivery fee will be required to deposit or not by me.
