HDFC Credit Card
Payment Already Done - still sending bills

I had a credit card from HDFC Bank (5711422095606377) as far as I can remember and I done a sattlement with the bank for the amount and I have cleared the amount on specific date. Now they are again coming up with due amount of Rs12000 taxes.

Please Help.
